Exchanging an Online Order
You can exchange your order for another model or size within 20 days of receiving your items.
The exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
- Go to the return portal.
- Follow the steps in the portal.
- You will receive a free shipping label from us.
- If the desired model in the requested size is in stock, we will ship it to you free of charge once we have received your return and it meets the conditions below.
Returning (without exchange) an Online Order
You can return your order within 20 days of receiving your items. The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
- Go to the return portal.
- Follow the steps in the portal.
- You can choose how to return your order:
- Return the items to one of our flagship stores – you can opt for a refund via an Atelier Content gift card or the same payment method used to place the order.
- Send the item to one of our flagship stores and choose to receive a refund via an Atelier Content gift card – you will receive a free shipping label.
- Send the item to one of our flagship stores and choose to be refunded via the original payment method – you will receive a shipping label, and a € 6,5 shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
5. Once we have received your return and it meets the conditions below, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days.
Conditions:
- The returned item must be undamaged, unworn, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
- If the item is damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and characteristics, we reserve the right to apply a reduction in the refund amount.
Received a wrong or damaged item?
Go to the return portal – under the return option, select "the item is damaged".

Exchange and Return Policy for In-Store Purchases
Exchanging or returning an item bought in one of our flagship stores is only possible in exceptional cases, within 14 calendar days of purchase, and only if the items are undamaged, unworn, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
Refunds are not possible – you will receive a gift card equal to the purchase amount.
